Chilembwe uprising[edit]

5x expanded by Brigade Piron (talk). Self nominated at 17:35, 21 February 2014 (UTC).

  • QPQ done. Article new and long (expanded from redirect). Looks very neat and thorough. Inline citation in all paragraphs. The sources are off-line so I couldn't check for copyvio/close paraphrasing. As for the hooks, I think both are interesting, but the first one may not be fully supported by what article says: "some reforms"; since citation is off-line, I don't know exactly what is says, but I think the hook and article should be more similar. The cumulative statements in the paragraph may back up the fact, but I think the hook fact shall be quite directly stated in one or two sentences in the article. ALT1 hook looks fine. (In the article, it is referred to "Jervis' head"; I wonder if is there a reason you use the name Jervis instead of Livingstone; the latter I think is his last name). Assuming good faith, good to go.
