  • Good to go. New enough, long enough at 8743 characters, all non-lead paragraphs well cited, no copyvio or close paraphrasing (over-riding earwig’s inflated analysis identifying multiple proper noun phrases as probable copyvio). Hook is concise enough at 142 characters, interesting, and is verified by combination of two sources. QPQ has been completed. Included image has no known copyright restrictions. This article is very well written and documented, an interesting, informative piece on another era's labor and education history, and I look forward to seeing it advanced through GA and FA reviews.
