There seems to be a mistake regarding the Sunni time for the Dhurh Salat. According to Sunnis, the time ends when the time for Asr begins, which differs depending on which madhab one is following. As far as I can understand, the Shia view is the same. Thus there is no reason for different sections. Pepsidrinka 02:31, 19 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia:MOS#Stability_of_articles[edit]

According to WP:MOS, in the case of a stylistic disagreement where both sides have a case, the article should revert to the style used by the first major contributor: ie: Ahadith.

I'm not going to go back and re-flip all these articles, this is a minor point. Both spellings are correct. But I would point out the hadith article itself asserts ahadith to be the plural, which is apparently consistent with Arabic usage.

Further, as a matter of principle, we are living in a world of borrowed Arabic words here in the Islamic portal, and these questions will never be settled properly. When an editor discovers there is more than one acceptable spelling for a word, the editor should defer to the original contributor. While I will not further belabor the case in point, I will continue to support the underlying principle.

Zuhr prayer mentioned as "forth" prayer?[edit]

Zuhr prayer is the second prayer of the day's progression of prayers, not the fourth, which is spelled incorrectly in the article as well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 8.36.254.65 (talk) 01:48, 5 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
