Clarification needed[edit]

This article is just confusing. We need an infobox on this guy. Where did he first appear? If he was named after the Titans cartoon produced, does that mean he first appeared in the cartoon? Not in the comics? And yet a comic is mentioned. Also, he was categorized as a Teen Titans villain even though there is not one mention in here about encountering any Titan other than Beast Boy, and that was way back during BB's origin.
