Was to be taken-over in 1993 by American Int'l Freight, plan cancelled. Scheduled services ended on 31/3/97, leaving only maintenance bases and very limited flight operations. Purchase project by USA Jet Airlines announced 2/12/98 but not completed. Ceased all operations on 29/9/05 and FAA certificate cancelled on 30/11/05.
