Reason for war in Donbas?[edit]
Some people say that this gas field is the main reason for Russia to support the pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine. The exploration of Yuzivska could make Ukraine energy independent and would create a serious competitor to Russias Gazprom. Interesting thought.
