He was born in Pskov. I have his self biography "the naked spy", and it gives a considerably different view on the Profumo affair. Of course, he is a part in this. VLE 22:43, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Editorial Tone vs. Vernacular[edit]

"Keeler's subsequent affair with Profumo went on at a time when she was also sleeping with Ivanov. This was at a time when Cold War tensions were getting hotter as a result of the Cuban Missile Crisis."

I don't mean to be pedantic but a more proper editorial tone needs to be used; the previous lines are entirely too casual. Indeed, the controversy was not over either "sleeping" or "romance", but sex, and I've edited the article to reflect that. - Nunh-huh 17:08, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sex with Keeler[edit]

There's no evidence Keeler ever had sexual relations of any type with Ivanov. It has only been Keeler saying that with nothing to back up her claim. In fact there's much to show her statements about Ivanov are the same as most of her other false 'evidence,' lies to tittilate or deceive for monetary gain.
