The information about Smalyavichy is incorrect -- that should be Smorgon (Smarhón, Smorgonie, etc.). That's according to the footnoted encyclopedia article, among other sources (see, for instance, https://www.jewishgen.org/yizkor/smorgon/smo185.html)!
