Conflicting scoring info[edit]

This has conflicting information in the scoring section.

Two Pairs and Full House must have different numbers so that the combination 15566 will score 22 as Two Pairs, but 11555 will score nothing in that category.

Some combinations offer the player a choice as to which category to score them under. A full house could be scored in the Full House, the Three-Of-A-Kind, Two Pairs, One Pair or the Chance categories. So 22555 would score 19 in Full House or Chance, 15 in Three-Of-A-Kind, 14 in Two Pairs or 10 in One Pair.

I was taught that in yatzy, you had to take the larger grouping, so three of a kind couldn't be used for a pair and four of a kind cannot be used for two pair or three of a kind. Jeepeterson (talk) 21:59, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Popular in Nordic countries[edit]

The article currently says: "Yatzy is most popular in the Scandinavian countries and Finland." However, Yatzy is also quite popular in Iceland. Therefore if you add up Scandinavia+Finland+Iceland, it could be easily summarized by saying it's popular in the Nordic countries. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.181.114.45 (talk) 10:24, 6 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
