Yatsuhashi is sold[edit]

in many places around Japan, not just Kyoto. 220.34.250.187 13:12, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Of course, but it is one of Kyoto's meibutsu. --Jarvik7 (talk) 06:53, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It is very prominently and proudly sold in Kyoto, especially districts with tourists (Gion, Arashiyama etc.) There's even a Kitkat Yatsuhashi flavor. Varjohaltia (talk) 08:30, 30 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Joshinko?[edit]

In the rice flour article, joshinko is described as the non-glutinous variety of rice flour, in contrast to shiratamako—the glutinous variety. So, is yatsuhashi made with non-glutinous or glutinous rice flour?
