the author has fixed the structure and technical problem in this piece of article. why still a cleanup sigh shinning there?
Since the cleanup tag was added in March 2009, the only edits have been to add some references. The "structure and technical problem" has not been addressed. Astronaut (talk) 16:54, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
