Good topic for the idea of multiethnic and multilingual epochs which tend to be later compacted into simpler parts. Jewish and Christian contributions can easily be overlooked in the context of Islamic or Arab histories, including scientific contributions.Boyd8420 (talk) 22:01, 24 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestions[edit]

I am thinking of editing this page for a university assignment. The introduction could include Ya'qub ibn Ishaq al-Israili's major contributions or works devoted to medicine and any other notable accomplishments or positions. A section on his history might go next, with details on his birth, geographical movements, education, medical career, the dates of his activities, his relations to politics and religion, and his death. More personal events could also be noted, such as a marriage or childbirth. Further sections can expound on his theories, discoveries, and medical philosophy and what his contemporaries thought of them. Axbaksh (talk) 03:33, 3 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
