GA Reassessment[edit]

Article (edit | visual edit | history) · Article talk (edit | history) · Watch

After reading the section titled "Foreign Affairs", it has come to my attention that this Wikipedia article is beginning to show biased opinions in an attempt to defame Winston Churchill. I would like to note that Wikipedia is a community for information and plaguing an article with name calling simply discredits Wikipedia as a reliable source of information. Following my review, I would like to launch a community review on the rest of the article to ensure that it is meeting the standards of Wikipedia. Remove phrases like "Churchill, always the imperialist...," as this only discredits this article. Some of the information in Foreign Affairs should undergo review. I believe Churchill suffered 2 strokes and was unable to meet Eisenhower in person, instead sending Eden in his place, who arrived in America and decided to undergo surgery instead. So all in all, please keep this article neutral and verify some information in this article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Emperor Ibrahim I (talkcontribs)

The job of reviewing GA status should be given to a veteran editor, not a newbie. Binksternet (talk) 19:32, 20 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I do not support this article as being biased and I think it is well balanced. I think it meets GA criteria. In terms of the stroke/Eden information, this is expanded in context at Later life of Winston Churchill that is linked from the relevant sections of the main article.
