Looking for someone born in Wales with a birth compatible with a circa-1910 playing era, then according to FreeBMD, the birth of a William Edward Sandham was registered during July→September 1884 in Holywell district, and the birth of a William Sandham was registered during July→September 1887 in Hay district, are either of these William Sandham?
