Congress?[edit]

Generally when ones says "Congress" one means the United States Congress. I think the intent here is to mean State House of Representatives? At first reading it looks like he ran for the U.S. House after being speaker. Is that what the writer intended?--69.37.3.120 (talk) 12:40, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
