When searching for Bill Hunter it is inconvenient to have to scroll through all of the William Hunters, to find what you are looking for. Could've really gone either way on it. Categorizing of disambig pages often comes down to personal preference of whichever editor is doing the cleanup. I guess I saw the nationalities of the politicians as more of a big deal since their job is more directly related to their country. I'd say split it to the three (since there are three Billy Hunters, a hatnote would be less useful than a separate dab page).
