Fairwell, Mr Hooper.[edit]

Most likely, they just announced that he had a heart attack. As they coulden't have shown him in the episode at all. If I recall correctly [as it was quite a while ago, and I was about 6,]. Lee or Lubovsky?[edit]

Was "Will Lee" a stage name, or simply a birth name or Americanization? It's implied in the article to be a stage name, but there's nothing thereto properly indicate it, as an alternate name might normally be stated at the beginning of a biographical article.
