Here are the issues I found:

  • This ref [1] is a deadlink, and I'm not sure that it was a reliable source to begin with (if you can prove to be it is I found an archive link for it)
  • "If both phases were completed, it would cover 20-acre (8.1 ha)" and "17-acre (6.9 ha)" 20 acres, 17 acres
