I've had a long go at sorting out the tone, removing some of the non-neutral POV and making it sound less like a big advert!

It's just a shame half the management at the establishment can't act in a similarly non-neutral manner.

Most of this article is copied and pasted from Wicksteed Park's own website.. http://www.wicksteedpark.co.uk/content.aspx?cid=15 It needs a good neutral re-write.Teapotgeorge 15:30, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Article on Charles Wicksteed?[edit]

At Wicksteed Park, there is a lot of information on Charles Wicksteed. The seventh son of a Unitarian minister born in Leeds, perhaps he merits his own article? His dates were (1847-1931) (I believe he died on March 19, 1831). ACEOREVIVED (talk) 21:43, 31 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have just written an article for Charles Wicksteed, the father. If you want to create one for the son, I suggest using Charles Wicksteed (engineer). BrainyBabe (talk) 15:35, 27 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I am currently working on the lake restoration project and can beef this article up a little with information such as the acreage and other technical information, but I will not be able to give references as my sources are private documents. Would this information be welcome here regardless? Yevad (talk) 15:42, 24 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
