Reference cleanup[edit]

@Kevlar67: First of all, thank you for the creation of this article way back in 2008! I am just pinging you because I'm not sure if you would see this otherwise. I was doing a quick cleanup and reorganization of the references section to bring it up to more modern standards on Wikipedia before I embarked on expansion, but I was stumped by your reference to "Fairbairn". That source is cited twice but there is no full reference given to it, so I was hoping you would be able to recall anything more, such as a title or what type of work it was.
