Definition of the allochthonous v autochthonous character of the WGR[edit]
At the moment, the entry about the WGR refers to the WGR as a terrane, i.e. as allochthonous, and at the same time as a basement window into the autochthon of the Baltic shield. In the scientific community, it is still debated whether the WGR is autochthonous or allochthonous. However, this question is not addressed within the entry in its current version but should be expressed without necessarily to making a preference for one or the other. — Preceding unsigned comment added by GeoJojo (talk • contribs) 19:59, 10 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
