Suggested improvements[edit]

The general notability guideline says we should have independent reliable sources. Some newspaper accounts would be much better than all of the primary sources (legislation) or the authority's own website.
It would be nice if this article details some of the things the authority has actually done, instead of the things done to create the authority.
The two maps may be under copyright restrictions, so it would be nice to have other illustrations.
