Birthdate[edit]

The sites IMDB, Voice Chasers and Anime News Network (the 4th link shows an interview), has her birthdate as April 29th 1955, it would indicate the currently shown birthday (February 20th) is wrong. I also did a Google search with two options: 1: with the strings "Wendee Lee" and 1955, the other with "Wendee Lee", february and 20. Only this article listed her birthday as February 20th, but the three external links mentioned here (IMDB, Anime News Network and Voice Chasers) plus sites like Rotten Tomatoes, AOL Television and The TV IV have her birthdate as April 29th 1955. So I decided to change the data of her birthdate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.24.64.58 (talk) 05:14, 29 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

But if you check the imdb.com page, Anime News Network page and her BehindTheVoiceActors page, they each list her birthday and birthplace as February 20, 1960/ and Los Angeles respectively. Steveman 723 (talk) 19:30, 7 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Picture[edit]

Can we clarify who's who in the picture? (saying if Wendee Lee is on the left or right in the picture) --Addict 2006 23:55, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Done. --Silver Edge (talk) 06:08, 7 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Tales of Vesperia[edit]

She does not voice Karol, whoever put that was wrong. It's Julie Ann Taylor who voices Karol. Lee voices Nan in that game. Bokan (talk) 02:12, 4 September 2008 (UTC)Bokan[reply]

Real birthday[edit]

Steven Blum has confirmed real birthday. [1] He's 1960 births, not 1965. But Wendee Lee's birthdate is confused. Some of sites are February 20, another is April 29. And year is confused, some of sites said 1955 and another is 1960. Which birthday is correct? source please. Tempest Tales (talk) 07:41, 2 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

February 20 is the correct date according to her Twitter and this video interview (at 02:10). Birth-year unknown. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2804:431:B787:A724:CCF9:F346:79AE:6794 (talk) 12:38, 7 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
There's no point in listing only birth month and day. Per WP:DOB "err on the side of caution and simply list the year" AngusWOOF (barksniff) 14:16, 7 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Tempest Tales, for Steve Blum, please specify where in the interview he says his birth year, i.e. how many minutes into the interview. Referencing just the interview is not helpful. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 15:40, 7 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Calypso Entertainment (August 19, 2013). "Wendee Lee - Bleach Characters and Fake Birthdays". Event occurs at 1m55s. Retrieved December 20, 2018 – via YouTube. Oh, by the way, today is my fake birthday. On Wikipedia; they said today's my birthday; it's not; it's not even frickin' close (applause)... Happy fake birthday! Thank you. But I'm a Pisces; my birthday is February 20 – clip of Lee on April 29, 2011 at Kawaii Kon 2011 where she talks about birthdays. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 23:21, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Star Ocean Role[edit]

I'm surprised this isn't on here, but Wendee Lee had a voice role in Star Ocean: Till the End of Time as Nel Zelpher in the game. She might also be reprising her role in the phone game Star Ocean: Anamnesis. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:204:DE80:3298:8075:32B:E57F:94C5 (talk) 09:46, 17 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The Recent Drama[edit]

Pretty sure there will be reliable sources about her blatant racism in the future because of what she had said on Twitter. Twitter is not reliable but news outlets are gonna talk about what she did. BaldiBasicsFan (talk) 22:24, 23 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
