Would be good to add the background of this case, what the circumstances of the parties are. The information might be available here. Would that website be appropriate to cite?

Yes, that would be a good source of information. Another is the "Letters Blogatory" website. I was planning to expand this article once the Court issues its decision, but you're right that the background and lower-court sections can be written now.
