Giving blood and intermittent fasting[edit]

I give platelets every other week and have been doing intermittent fasting for several years. You can do both and giving blood/platelets is very important. The need for blood is essential right now. Thanks, Lynne 69.174.173.91 (talk) 14:48, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
