The Lake HD2 is not a continuation of the original WLKK[edit]

The article says that it is. It is a generic satellite delivered service, with local inserts branding it as WLKK, The Lake. I would appreciate a discussion on this point.1archie99 (talk) 03:12, 27 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Crowded Market when combing southern Ontario?[edit]

I'm in southern Ontario and have started listening to the station, but it seems to be in a crowed market. It seems to play the exact same type of as edge 102.1 in Toronto at times, at times it seems to play more "indie" (whatever indie means) type of music as played by Indie 88 (also opened the same year with the WLKK format change) and both of these Toronto stations probably reach half way down to Rochester. Where is the listeners coming from? I don't think the station is well known in southern Ontario, like a WBLK, so it dosnt get the population market. Plus I'm sure University of buffalo probably has a college radio station, so its small market. then you have all the stations around playing hard or classic rock.Starbwoy (talk) 22:47, 25 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
