Untitled[edit]

Unless something changed, when I left Rockford in January 2007, WFBN-LP 33 was airing a legal ID animation with NOAA Weather Radio audio. Achernow 19:50, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Still Analog[edit]

WCIU is still broadcasting in analog. I am as I type watching it on a portable television. Anyone know if this is perminant?--Contributions/67.184.241.6 (talk) 20:34, 15 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

They're still broadcasting analog on 23 *and* 48, but not 26. Channels 23 and 48 are both low power class C stations, and are not required to switch to digital. No idea what the plans are, but TVGuide is still listing the channels. 68.73.93.130 (talk) 10:24, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
According to this press release [2] channel 23 "will provide 'lifeline' television service to those Chicago area viewers who remain unready for the digital switch. Weigel Broadcasting Co. is partnering with NBC 5 and WGN-TV to enhance the lifeline service with the addition of local newscasts for those Chicago area viewers who remain unready for the digital switch." It adds that they will do this for the "foreseeable future". Probably should be added to the article. 68.73.93.130 (talk) 10:31, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

That TV is coming?[edit]

Do you have any proof that That TV is coming soon? Like any news headlines on the Internet or something? AdamDeanHall (talk) 21:02, 22 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What will happen to WWME-CA (MeTV) and WCUU-CA (Me Too) when The U Too launches in December 2010?[edit]

What will happen to WWME-CA (MeTV) and WCUU-CA (Me Too) when The U Too launches in December 2010? AdamDeanHall (talk) 21:41, 16 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

MeToo is out and Heroes & Icons is in.[edit]

Heroes & Icons is currently airing on WCIU-DT 26.4 and WWME-DT 23.2. So does this mean no more MeToo? AdamDeanHall (talk) 21:50, 5 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Chicago Loop Definition[edit]

The Chicago Loop is defined by the streets Van Buren, Wells, Wabash, and Lake. The Sears/Willis Tower is outside that boundary. The definition is the CTA's Elevated (L) Railroad Union Loop. So they are not transmitting from the Chicago Loop. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.42.189.9 (talk) 17:06, 7 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
