Disambiguation needed[edit]

Vistra (USA)</ref>[https://investor.vistracorp.com/ Investor information page for Vistra Corp. in the USA</ref> is the name of a Texas-based energy-services company specializing in renewable energy. It is in Irving, Texas. Canadian oil company Irving Oil has had a retail buildout there in Irving, Texas for a very long time. That could be explored, but it may not be related to Vistra (USA).

The investor page says:

  • "Vistra (NYSE: VST) is a leading, Fortune 275 integrated retail electricity and power generation company based in Irving, Texas, providing essential resources for customers, commerce, and communities.:

What should happen (on Wikipedia, regarding 'stewardship' of the content in this article) is:

1) Create an article on Vistra (Texas), which acquired Crius Energy, LLC, which had been developed by Michael Fallquist as a holding company to manage Viridian Energy (renamed/rebranded as Viridian International Management) and to acquire other companies. Crius had been publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. A patent? lawsuit against Crius Energy, LLC, was uploaded to and archived on The Wayback Machine and added to the database in 2020.[1]
2) Create a disambiguation age.
3) Change the forward of the letter-string 'Vistra' to the disambiguation page.
4) Note more about the history and assets of OIL (incorporations and corporate services).
5) Include on the OIL (incorporations and corporate services) a line about the other renewable energy holding company Vistra, which is based in Texas.

To do less is to maintain a disservice to Wikipedia and our readers. MaynardClark (talk) 16:31, 20 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
