Cerrato IS NOT the Redskins' general manager.[edit]
Please see Talk: Washington Redskins (scroll down to the final section). Cerrato does not have the title of general manager. While he may sometimes act in that capacity, it doesn't justify claiming that he has that title, for the reasons I've laid out on the Redskins talk page.
