Not Much Out There[edit]

I Google'd Viktor Ishayev and I can't find much other than news articles. There is little other information, and 99% of it is either on the Wiki here, or is from this Wiki. The information, however, I don't think needs citation. It's like citing sources when saying "President George W Bush was elected in 2004". It's not something that really needs a reference, is it?
