The manual of style advises against capitalization of article titles. See Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Capital letters. For advice on how to render the name, also see MOS:TMSTYLE. The article should be moved to Vielmetter Los Angeles. The sylization can be achieved with something like:

{{DISPLAYTITLE:<span style="text-transform: uppercase;">Vielmetter Los Angeles</span>}}

Oppose. The reason given is not good enough to flout established capitalization. You would never see such a blatant transgression of good style in any well-edited website or publication.
