The information which I added in page Venkatagiri Raja High School ‎ is from the school library series Sowvenir written on Centernary Celebrations 1976-77 and this do not have any online references. I got this information from the one of the school alumni. Even though the school is of 175 years old but unfortunately it do not have much information online. This is the problem for many of the primary educational institutions in India and hence they pose a notability or a reliability problems while posting them into Wikipedia. I found few websites online where they talk little about the school. Hence I request you consider this issue and keep the content provided as genuine. If not please guide me how to proceed further in situations like this. This is a very old school hence it would be nice to keep the history of this school known to public. I heard of mirror issues about this article hence I need help from experts to avoid any mirror issues.

I need your help to publish this article. Please modify the content to avoid any linear mirror or other issues without causing any damage to the content. Shankar1242 (talk) 11:57, 2 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

There's three main problems that we need to address before even starting:
1. Sourcing. We really need to have each claim sourced. I'm afraid that a general "I looked it up in a library" is not helpful - a full citation is needed. That is, the name of the publication, the name of the author, the page number, etc. It does not have to be online necessarily, and it certainly does not have to be in English. We still need the specific citation so that someone else with access to the materials can verify it.
2. Mirrors. Several of the online sources you've listed cannot be used. There of them (gutenberg.us, enacademic.com, schoolebooklibrary.info) are clearly identified "mirrors", meaning they have re-published material from here. You've indicated that you don't understand this; I don't know how else to explain. Please do not use them at all.
3. Promotional language and commentary. Some of the material added has language that is simply not acceptable in a neutral encyclopedia. "Library is the jewel in the crown of the School", "No words of gratitude are sufficient to express this benevolent deed of Muslim gentle man", " It is really sad that we do not have any symbol of his remembrance today." That needs to be removed entirely.
I would suggest starting something in the WP:DRAFT space where it does not immediately violate policy. If you'd like, I can start this for you, along with some examples of how to source your material. Kuru (talk) 14:10, 2 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

User talk:Kuru Thanks Kuru for your points highlighted. I will try to get you more accurate Sourcing details from the the school alumni. Meanwhile if you could work on the the Draft and share it with me that would be helpful. There you can remove any mirrors or promotional language commentary. Share with me the details after you finish that.

Thanks team for all your help. Much Appreciated!! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Shankar1242 (talkcontribs) 11:48, 3 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
