The funfair in Vanak is called Funfair, and the name has remained unchanged from the beginning. Luna Park and Shahr-e-Bazi are the names of the two other famous funfairs of Tehran, so, have to be considered as proper nouns, and must not be used here.
And where exactly this golf course is located in Vanak? Enghelab Complex is not a part of Vanak of course.
