For which nations is this proposed or being implemented[edit]

For which countries is this proposed ? Article does not say if it is just for USA, or just EU, or UK or where. Is this just an academic proposal, or have any national healthcare systems started implementing any version of it ? Rod57 (talk) 11:35, 25 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
