Motto?[edit]

What is the motto of the university, as shown under the crest? It is so tiny on their website that I cannot make it out. --Mais oui! 06:18, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Probably not really important... --Mariano(t/c) 12:56, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I beg to differ. That is standard information for the University Infobox. --Mais oui! 13:55, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I haven't been able to find the motto (in Spanish lema) in their page, so I called. I was told it was sic itur ad astra, but again, I haven't been able to find any reference to it[1]. --Mariano(t/c) 14:41, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
How inspiring! A couple of other institutions use the same motto (probably a heck of a lot more do too!):

The motto is shown in the actual logo and is Quarere serum (Seeking the truth), it can be seen here as 22 May of 2018: https://www.udesa.edu.ar/Institucionales/Herramientas-graficas — Preceding unsigned comment added by Eerburu (talkcontribs) 00:19, 23 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
