Date Founded[edit]

According to this page here, UCAR was founded in 1960. The article had stated that it was formed in 1959. I then looked up the incorporation date and found it to be 1946. (To verify that, search the business database here and search for this document number: 19871157425)

Was: "nonprofit corporation formed in 1959"

I changed it to this: "nonprofit corporation founded in 1960"

Rather than: "nonprofit corporation incorporated in 1946"

I'm not sure what went on between 1946 and 1960, but I think it is best to go with what their site says. Wdwic Pictures 03:23, 10 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
