BIE?[edit]

I followed the BIE link to find out more. And the BIE site doesn't mention this fair at all. Not even on its historical map "Historical Expos". page.

I also dug out an encyclopedia of wrold's fairs, and it's not there either.

So, I've rejigged - but was this really a world's fair, or something else?
