Hello. I will be doing the GA review for this article. Here is a list of some general concerns:

Win/loss records should be written as 1–14 instead of 1-14 per WP:DASH.
"Postseason teams" has no in-line citations and suffers from POV and peacockery: easy win, seized the initiative, emphatic win, etc.
All the awards need to be sourced.
I randomly clicked on reference 3 and noticed that the date of the article was not included in the citation template. Make sure all the web sources include all available information, including date and author.
In the references, one source is written as both "Philippine Daily Inquirer" and "The The Philippine Daily Inquirer". Pick one as be consistent.
