Date cleanup, RTL issues[edit]

I saw User:Mni9791 added the dates into the header (per Wiki standards) but anonymous user since then changed them to something that clearly looks wrong: (1834-1855). Checking the last revision prior, it appears that when Mni9791 edited, the text direction got scrambled. The previous page displayed as: (1834-1755). I think the anonymous user assumed it was a typo, and tried to correct base on that assumption. Hopefully it's rendering correctly now. If anyone sees it otherwise, please comment.
