Notability[edit]

IMO the notability is clearly addressed: fisrt, a whole pahe is devoted to the phrase in an Oxford book. Second, it has been specifically noted in politics, as the sentence about Gorman says. Bromador (talk) 01:01, 26 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. What's up with your aggression seconds after the first draft saved, in the middle of writing? The notability of the phrase is mentioned (not just cited) in quite a few other publications.
