What is wrong about 50 dinars pictures?

I added free pictures of the 50 dinar bank note, as you can see, it has the number 000000 on it, it is a specimen and a free-to-use picture. So why is it going to be removed from Wikipedia?

6,000 not 3,000

No more than 6,000 Tunisian dinars can be converted into foreign currency before departure from Tunisia. The sources (number 3 and 4) are an Australian and a Canadian site check the Tunisian Central Bank's site here http://www.bct.gov.tn/bct/siteprod/francais/relations/paiements.jsp
