Prose Suggestions[edit]

Suggest expanding lede with information on her not marrying, or the dispute over her death.
Contemporary and posthumous European and American accounts of her life portray her as a helpless figurehead and as a white queen of the South Seas. suggest changing "helpless" to "mere".
