Name[edit]

In case this team closes up in 2008 as it is rumored, what should we do with the name of the article? Keep it as is? Change to Haas-Carter or Travis Carter Motorsports? Other? --D-Day (talk) 21:00, 7 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

An IP editor has taken it upon his/herself to change the name within the article. Whether or not the name should be changed is up for discussion, but it is my opinion (and I do believe this is covered under WP:MOS) that the contents should be changed only if/when the article is moved to that name. Hi again - just in case I haven't been very clear with my previous comment, I think it would be quite reasonable for you to adjust the page to what you think is correct (revert the name change?). If the other editor responds then perhaps you can discuss it further. On the other hand, if you were seeking an opinion on whether the WP:MOS applies here, then perhaps you could chase up an admin active in that area for comment. The image Image:Cup car 66.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here.
