Traditional Court or traditional court?[edit]

User Maul has gone to the needless trouble of de-capitalizing the names of all or virtually all the court names in this article and has gone far beyond what the Manual of Style requires or suggests. Broadly speaking, when an act of the Malawi parliament introduces a class of court named in that act as a Traditional Court, Regional Traditional Court or Local Court, it is proper for them to be so named and capitalized. When a term like traditional court etc. is used in a generic sense it may be appropriate not to capitalize the word, but only here. Sscoulsdon (talk) 15:10, 24 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
