Major work needed and Delta Civil suit[edit]

Regarding Tracinda investment possibilities; Roger Parker for allegation of tipping of possible major stake in Delta. Parker's associate Michael Van Gilder, Van Gilder Insurance Co., and Scott Reiman, Denver businessman, were allegedly informed of the deal. Delta Petroleum ->Par Pacific Holdings
