Lyric interpretation[edit]

I removed the claim that the lyric "I'll take it like a man" in "Mickey" was meant to imply anal sex. Reliable sources for this claim are in short supply; the most reliable source I am aware of was a possibly ironic claim in a review of an unrelated album. However, the exact same line appeared in the lyric when the song was called "Kitty" and sung by a male singer addressing a woman, a context in which it would probably have had to have a different meaning. Anyway, the interpretation of the lyrics of "Mickey" should be discussed, if at all, in Mickey (song) rather than in the overall biography of Toni Basil. --99.140.179.169 (talk) 06:03, 31 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"...a context in which it would probably have had to have a different meaning." - Why? Gwladys24 (talk) 22:41, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Filmography[edit]

The filmography doesn't mention her work on American Graffiti - although it is mentioned in the body of the article. VK2AFL (talk) 23:00, 27 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Age[edit]

How can she be 78 if she was born 22.09.43? Surely she should be 79? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:C7C:46A5:6C00:6927:F0E0:47B8:7B9 (talk) 16:25, 23 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
