- Yes, I was trying to figure out if that was the intended reference. If so, there is no mention that he "confessed to the Los Angeles Times that he falsely had blamed his secretary". Instead it says: O'Brien, now in private practice, denied engaging in any misconduct, but said he takes "full responsibility" for any oversights that resulted in his exceeding approved spending limits. which isn't the same thing at all. About the blog, I agree it should go—I don't understand why this particular Leslie Brody from London having filed a complaint is significant. The complaint itself is contradictory, she ends up almost blaming the secretary by the end! Suffusion of Yellow (talk) 08:19, 22 April 2011 (UTC)

- It seem we have sources supporting the claim that the DOJ Inspector General accused him of "inappropriate and egregious violations" and then trying to blame his secretary in a manner that was not "credible or persuasive". But there doesn't seem to be a source of the claim that he admitted to lying about anything. The LA Times quote is closer to a non-apology apology.
