Untitled[edit]

This article seem very biased. "He is a brilliant mind and there are few scholars of the Catholic Church who could match his knowledge of Church history. However, he could also be an over-bearing and condescending individual." Should not be in this article. GregX4 (talk) 13:24, 14 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Nor should such statements as "While some of his style could be offensive to some overly sensitive parishioners..." One need not be "overly sensitive" to find unorthodox liturgies offensive. Statements like these are hardly material for an encyclopedia. Caeruleancentaur (talk) 22:04, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Neutrality[edit]

Article flagged for neutrality. The second paragraph of the Controversy section is subjective. The fact of this case is that, in the opinion of the Bishop of Richmond, Quinlan's behavior was not acceptable. His actions were viewed by some to be sacrilegious. It is not, however, the place of an encyclopedia to say that Quinlan's behavior was sacrilegious. --dnclark 17:12, 19 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Movie[edit]

There is a film about Father Quinlan “The Trouble with TQ”. I was a teenager at Good Shepherd and remember the Easter Parade with Father Quinlin standing out of the sunroof of an orange VW bug. The parade and car went down the road and through the parking right into the church with Thomas throwing party streamers to us parishioners Peterydeen (talk) 16:19, 14 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
