I know it only charted on one chart by the sounds of things, but we still usually have a table for chart performance.

Many thanks, The Rambling Man. Discogs has a format for the US promo, and other international releases, but I couldn't find any reliable source that contained that info. Seems that, unsurprisingly, the single did not chart in any other countries. Plese check if the image usage is OK. Hopefully all of the other comments have been acted on to your satisfaction.
