Atsiz a century later[edit]

According to Muhammad ibn Rustam Dushmanziyar article. Ala ad- Daula is this one. At least Avicenna was with him until the end of his life. --Kafkasmurat (talk) 19:48, 7 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Plugged In entry?[edit]

In tone and diction this sounds a lot like the reviews of a US fundamentalist Christian site, PluggedIn. Complete, articulate, but placing stress upon elements people in their readership would care a lot about, like the depiction of people from religions other than their own sect. The give-away is the live-linked reference to 'extramarital sex', treated as if it were bubonic plague.Frazierdp (talk) 22:38, 23 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Stoning scene[edit]

This scene is historically incorrect. Capital punishment in Judaic law is more theory than in practice. Regardless, it was totally abolished in 30 A.D. That a far flung Jewish community in Persia should stone an adulteress is nonsense.
